Troubleshoot

Q. Program didn’t take or didn’t take correctly?
A. Power down the module and power back up. If it still doesn’t work, pre program via NFC, reflash the module.

Q. Range is not what I expected?
A. Double check that your luminaire CCTs are correct with light source. Also verify that the CCT range is what you want it to be.

Q. Lost Power to the job site ?
A. There is no problem, as soon as power is back, the scene is stored in memory of the driver.
